The suction may decrease if the filter is clogged. Please clean the filter and dry it out in time.
Meanwhile, it is possible that the components inside the vacuum loosen or break during the shipping process which ultimately causes the suction decreases. VacLife handheld vacuums come with premium washable and reusable filters for the convenient use. Simply clean the filter according to the instructions stated in User Manual to maintain a good suction.

It slightly varies in different models, most of VacLife handheld vacuums feature fast charging by taking only 2.5-3 hours to get fully charged ( please refer to the product pages for detailed information). If the appliance fails to work after the set time, please follow the following steps:
1. Try to get the appliance charged for 24 hours to active the battery.
2. Contact us by email vaclife.service@gmail.com to get further help if it still fails to work after charging. Emails attached with videos to demonstrate the issues for our further judgment will be highly appreciated.  

Experiments show that the gas of the car tire will escape when the air nozzle is removed, which may lead to a decrease of 0.8-2.0 PSI in tire pressure. So, it’s difficult to reach the preset pressure if the appliance shuts off when the real time tire pressure just reaches the preset level. We take this case into consideration and make a unique design for this case. The tire pressure may exceed about 0.8-2.0PSI the preset pressure after the appliance’s auto shut off, The reasonable range of error allows the appliance to achieve the preset tire pressure after you remove the nozzle.

All VacLife tire inflators feature a built-in LED light. The digital display also catches your desire pressure easily at dark. You can use VacLife tire inflator anytime when you call for them.

Please be aware that all VacLife tire inflators are only compatible with 12V DC outlet. If your appliance stops working in a sudden with the 12V outlet, please follow the following steps:
1. Check the status of the fuse to find out if it blows up.
2. Change the blew up fuse with the spare one.
3. Contact us by email vaclife.service@gmail.com to get further help if the spare one still fails to work. 

There are 3-4 free additional nozzles coming with the product (please refer to product pages for more detailed information). These nozzles allow you to reach all tires of your car, bike, motor, ATV, compact or midsize Sedan SUV, etc. Meanwhile, the nozzles’ service also covers sports equipment, air mattress, inflatable boats, balls and other inflatables. Please DON’T use VacLife tire inflators on large cars like truck vans or off-road vehicle (ONLY SUITABLE FOR TIRE PRESSURE ＜ 50 PSI, TIRE WIDTH ＜ 245 MM; AIR MATTRESS PRESSURE ≤ 150 PSI).

Yes! All VacLife products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation, use, service, and maintenance from the date of purchase. The warranty only applies to products purchased from VacLife on amazon store or website.
